Baptism!

Thought I would throw out a quick email. Things have been great in the mission, and I'm enjoying every day. This week was a pretty good one because our friend Natalie got baptized. The baptism was definitely the craziest, most unorganized/most organized baptism of my mission, but it was awesome to see Natalie be able to do what she's been waiting to do for a while. Last week was pretty hard as we said goodbye to our companion. We were in a trio for the last 5 weeks with Elder Quiñones from Perú, and it was super sad and hard to say goodbye as we dropped him off at the airport, but so awesome to be able to spend time with him and learn from him. Zone Conferences

This week was awesome! We started off the week by setting two baptismal dates for this Saturday, which will be super exciting. This last week, we had zone conferences, and after going to zone conferences all week, we were all exhausted. This zone conference was all about health, which was a big switch up. We ended up giving a training on the things we will do and not do if we love Christ, which went really well. Being in a trio these last few weeks has been super funny and interesting. We have had so many funny experiences. Here are a few: Recent converts from my last area entered the temple and did baptisms for their siblings that have passed away. They will be getting married and sealed next year! Family home evening ended playing this game called "cat." It ended with an 85-year-old member meowing at my comp. Downstairs neighbor that's a member called us while he was in the bathroom, asking us to bring him toilet paper. We were knocking doors, and my comp opened a door ...
