Final Week Before G City.
This week has been really good and really fast. I'm getting to the part of the CCM where I am ready to go to the field because everyday is starting to feel the same. This week they started doing tours of the CCM again. Me and a few others got the opportunity to teach a single mom who was forced into coming to the tour by her recently converted mom. You could tell she didn't want to be there. Sometime into the lesson we figured out she wasn't a member. At first I could barely understand anything she was saying. Although it was hard to understand her, the spirit was strong. After the lesson she told us that she felt so peaceful and happy and was super grateful her mom forced her to come. This made me so happy and excited to bring this joy unto the people of Guatemala. Now from what I've been hearing BYU is doing pretty good this year. I know this is normal for BYU to be producing and winning like this but just wanted to remind you all about the best college football team in Utah.
Yesterday was a good day. Tuesdays are when new missionaries come in and this week Elder Tripp, Elder Gibbons, and Elder Blackwell came. It is so good to see them, catch up with them and see how they are doing.
Today we got to go to the temple. I'll drop some pictures below. I love the feeling I get even just on temple grounds. It is always so peaceful. A highlight of the week was the hymn book snack swap I did with Elder Levitt. I'll leave a picture below. This Thursday is Mexican independence day. Everyone is saying that everyone is up all night partying so I'm sure I won't get much sleep that night. That's it for this week, next time you hear from me I'll be in Guatemala. I love and miss you all. Feel free to message me anytime.
