Priesthood Power

I hope everyone is doing well! I just thought I would hop on and send a quick email since it's been a while.

Around 2 weeks ago, we got a call from a Utah number. Confused, we picked it up, and it was a mom calling about her 35-year-old son who had been in a bicycle accident and had been admitted to the hospital. When we got to the hospital to give him a blessing, we realized how bad the accident really was, with his handlebars going into his stomach, and he had to get 7 surgeries on his arms, legs, and a surgery on his stomach from his ribcage passed his belly button. A day after the blessing, we got another text from the mom thanking us, telling us that she and her son had actually been in a fight for the last 10 years and hadn't talked, but after the blessing, he texted her saying that his life had completely changed because of one blessing, and that he was coming back to church for the first time in 15 years. About 4 days ago, we went back to the hospital to check up on our friend; he was waiting for us happily and had 4 other people in the hospital that he had talked to that wanted us to give them blessings as well. He will now be returning to church once he gets out of the hospital, his wife will start talking with the missionaries, and they both have the end goal of getting sealed in the temple one day.

It was so awesome to see this miracle and the power of the priesthood. Also, this week Lucía got baptized, which was so awesome and so special.
